There has been a Community game released that may have gone under your radar. It goes by the strange name of ZP2K9. After reading the blurb about the game you may decide to give it a miss, but there is one thing you should know, ZP2K9 is bought to us from the same team that are making the long awaited Dishwasher: Dead Samurai. That alone means it deserves your attention.
So while you are waiting for Dishwasher give it a try. Here is part of a review of the game from Ziggyware;
Have you had a chance to check out ZP2K9 by Ska Studios? Created by James Silva, author of the DishWasher: Dead Samurai, ZP2K9 is an awesome side shooter featuring a plethora of guns, grenades and power-up suits. I spent the day playing ZP2K9 online yesterday with several friends as well as James Silva himself and we had a blast. You can play Capture the flag, Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch mode and even King of the hill. I personally prefer the Team Deathmatch mode however the other modes are just as addictive. The single player mode features bots that act surprisingly well and can easily be mistaken for a human player. Multi-player also allows you to use bots and lets you use the bots to fill in for missing human players. The bots will capture flags and even hold on to the goal zone in king of the hill for you. There are some hiccups here and there with the network code, hopefully they will be resolved in a future update however the game is still playable and very enjoyable. Over all I give this game a 9/10. The pro’s far out way the con’s making this game really shine.
